We recommend you read all the
information on the Dog Boarding page before filling out a
Reservation Request.

Step 1:
Download and save one of these forms:
Reservation Request (Word
document)
Reservation Request (.txt
document)
Step 2: Fill
out one form per pet and save each one separately.
Step 3:
Email the completed form to
reservations@j-canine.com or fax
it to 281-633-8840
Step 4: You
will receive a response within 24 hours from us either
confirming your reservation or asking for more information.
Your reservation is NOT made until you hear back from us. |
Existing Clients:
If your dog has ever boarded, been groomed, or
enjoyed doggy day care here, and you'd like to make a new
appointment, just send an email to
reservations@j-canine.com,
including:

1. Your name
2. Your pet's name
3. Your phone
number
4. Your pet's
arrival and departure dates
5. Your pet's
accommodation preference (Indoor kennel, Indoor/Outdoor
kennel, Indoor Luxury Suite, or Indoor/Outdoor Luxury Suite)
6. Whether you'd
like to receive confirmation via email or telephone |
